We are now using Letsure for referencing, which may speed up the process. However, it does depend on applicant’s information, circumstances and that the application form is fully completed.
If not there may be a delay in the process.
We have introduced a new application form, based on the Letsure Reference form. However we understand that peopl are cautious of revealing their bank details on-line. Therefore we have obmitted this from our tenancy application form.
Before we can process the on-line form, we must have your bank information. This can be provided on the phone or in person with Photo ID.
If you prefer to apply in person, please either as for an application form on viewing thr property, or if you decide to apply later, contact our office on 01792 456871.
We can then send you a form in the post or provide you a direct link to Letsure, which has the secured service.
