The Property Management side of things, we undertake to find a tenant as with the Letting Service, but instead of passing the handling of the tenancy over to you as the landlord, we oversee the collection of the rent, and day to day administration of the letting.
Whether you are a first time landlord or an experienced investor landlord with a portfolio of properties we have over 68 years experience in the field of letting and management to help you.
Letting is governed by housing and common law and therefore can be very complex. That is why many landlords prefer to use this service, so they do not have the hassle of dealing with the various obligations a landlord has to comply with.
For the letting and management service combined on a non HMO property, we charge an initial letting fee for administration for time and drafting the tenancy. We then also apply a monthly management charge for supporting the landlord by carrying out their duties and obligations on their behalf.

We try and cater for the needs of individual clients, rather than having a set management strategy.
