We will be able to respond to you as quickly as possible.

However, if the problem is an emergency ie: Fire, flood, gas escape etc, then you will need to take the appropiate action.

Flood (leaking pipes) turn off the water supply at the stop cock is the first step to avoid further damage

Fire: Contact the Fire Brigade on 999 – Sound any manual fire alarm call points and evacuate the building safely
